Privacy Policy

  • All your personal information, including email, name and credit card information, is kept entirely secure and entirely private.
  • We will never give away, sell or share your identity or your personal information with any outside party unless compelled and required by law to do so.
  • We may contact you from time to time for informational purposes, such as when issues arise with your account, or when we make significant updates to this privacy policy or our products.
  • Features in Perpetually.com may allow you to opt-in to additional alerts sent for your account.

Free Trial, Payments, Refunds and Management of Services

  • All paid accounts come with a one month free trial. If you cancel your account in the first month you will not be charged at all. After the first month, Perpetually.com will charge your credit card each month at the beginning of every billing cycle.
  • After your one month free trial of service, all charges are non-refundable. This includes any partial or full month of service.
  • Changes you make to your account (upgrades or downgrades) will be reflected in the next month's billing period. As such, upgrading a service mid-month will provide you those services for free for the remainder of that month, and downgrading will be the opposite.
  • In the event that your credit card cannot to be billed for any reason your archives will remain intact and functioning. However, you will need to update your credit card information to access your account. Accounts that remain delinquent for two consecutive billing cycles may have their archiving suspended and their data deleted.
  • Attempts to thwart or bypass any billing or security procedures may result in suspension and cancellation of your account, and deletion of data.
  • Perpetually takes no responsibility for content archived by its users but may delete archived data that is in violation of state, federal or international laws.
